BrightWorks MN Educator Relicensure Service

Are you "not" currently employed by a Minnesota school district?
We can help!
Our goal is to help licensed Minnesota educators who are not currently employed by a Minnesota school district to achieve relicensure. Recognized by the MN Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), the BrightWorks Educator Relicensure Committee is comprised of experienced educators. This team is available to walk teachers and other education professionals through the steps of reviewing approved CEUs and renewing their license.
Fee: $149
What's Included?
- Analysis of your current license and relicensure status.
- Approval of clock hours.
- Tracking system for clock hours.
- Access to clock-hours resources required by relicensure areas.
- Notifications and reminders of upcoming dates and relicensure opportunities.
Note: We are also able to track and record administrative CEUs that have been pre-approved by BOSA.
To be eligible, educators must:
- Not be currently employed by a school district in Minnesota.
- Hold a Minnesota educator license.
This includes:
- Teacher
- School Nurse
- School Counselor
- School Psychologist
- School Social Worker
- Speech Language Pathologist

Cooperative Purchasing Services
A wide variety of products are available with our program, the Cooperative Purchasing Connection. Vendor contracts are established through a formal bid process conducted by Minnesota Service Cooperatives (MSC).

BrightWorks Membership
Active membership in BrightWorks is open to each public school district which has chosen to join the cooperative by paying the appropriate membership fees. With membership districts can participate and vote in the governance of the co-op.
